[Vision2020] Meeting Cancelled

Question:

Since this particular developer has had a few projects come up before the 
P&Z, City, and Council, wouldn't it make sense that he would MAKE SURE THE 
CITY, AT LEAST, IS ON THE BALL AND HAS THE NECESSARY SIGNS UP BEFORE A 
HEARING IS DUE TO OCCUR, especially considering he OWNS and has LIVED on the 
site the hearing is about!?  After all, its not like this is his first time 
at the plate - you'd think he'd know enough to make sure not only HIS ducks 
were in a row, but the City's as well.

But, mayhap that is just me - expecting people to FOLLOW THROUGH with their 
own projects, especially considering they seemingly want them to go forward 
otherwise, why make the application in the first place?
