[Vision2020] Responses lacking

Yes.  It was yet another glorious sports day in Oakland Sunday as both of
the Raiders and Athletics gave crash seminars in "winning".

 

Granted, the Athletics won ugly yesterday 12 to 10.  But, somehow looking
ugly winning is far more appreciable than looking ugly losing.  Oops.  Did I
say "Mariners".

 

It looks like yet another (ho-hum) American League Western Division title
for the Oakland Athletics.

 

What is the over-under (you ask) for the number of post-season games to be
played in Seattle?  My guess is ZERO (somehow it looks bigger when you spell
it out).

I had my heart set on Mike Hargrove getting fired before today's game, but
it doesn't look like that's going to happen. 

I'm going to hold a peaceful Fire Mike Hargrove vigil this Friday at
Friendship Square. Feel free to come down, join hands, quietly think nasty
thoughts about Hargrove, and estimate how many more games the M's would have
won this year if a Macy's mannequin were at the helm.
