Mrs. Lund, ( I have allways detested the Ms. moinicer)
the following is from the desk of Gov. Kempthorn regarding University
resources (of which the email account is a part of):
"Use of university computers must comply with Idaho law and University
policies. Therefore, university computers may not be used for
commercial or profit-making purposes, for political purposes, or for
personal benefit where such use incurs a cost to the university and is
not academically related. State law prohibits unauthorized access to
computer systems.
Access of or attempts to access another person's directory, files, or
mail, whether protected or not, without permission of the owner is
prohibited. All University of Idaho employees should be aware that
e-mail on their UI account and files on UI computers may be subject to
public disclosure under the Idaho Public Records Law."

I guess you are right once again!

Mr. Farris,
Once again -- it's Ms. Lund to you. It's really not a difficult
concept to
grasp, so other than blatant disrespect, I don't know why you refuse to
get
it.
You wrote:

My, my -- perhaps you'd best seek pastoral counseling to get to the
root of
your bitterness. I'm afraid you are too cleaver by about half: there
is
*nothing* I'm aware of in either State or UI computer policies about
*students* using -- or not -- using their email accounts for "political"
purposes. I understand this may be a difficult concept for you to grasp
given your own history and your church's history of misusing email, but
I
challenge you to cite a source. Please feel free to call UI's ITS
(885-6721) to get your understanding straightened out -- we all know you
won't accept my word for it :-)
And, *do* report back to us what you find out :-)))
Cheers,
Saundra Lund

Mrs. Lund,
We all are aware that zonemoscow is a very relieable source for
information
especially when its overlord is Charlie Nolan. He is such a relieable
chap.
As to Joseph "Robin the boy wonder" Hansen using his U of I email for
political purposes maybe ITS at uidaho.edu would like to look into it.
