Come on bud, this isn't really that complicated.  These folks are in  this 
country illegally.  They are not citizens.  They therefore have  no right to the 
benefits of citizenship.
 
As for Mr. Wilson and Persecution, I have never taken the position that he  
is being persecuted.  You have me mixed up with someone else.
