[Vision2020] Complaints Filed Against Boarding Houses

The apartments that are being built all around town are for whom?  Certainly 
not for the regular family or single person not attending the UI/WSU.

The people of CC are told to open their homes and the NSA students are told 
to rent from them.  Simple.  The CC families are NOT renting to UI or WSU 
students...only NSA students.  Simple.
