So you are saying that all the mothers and fathers who have children in the 
Moscow School District who have a residence with an address outside the city 
limits who become activists to improve MSD's education of their children should 
"move to a city you like
and stop harassing Moscow Residents?"

Or are you singling out Rose for this "banishment" because you do not like 
her opinions or politics?

Why don't you target every parent living outside the city limits, who has 
children in the Moscow Schools, who speaks out at all about Moscow Schools, to 
try to shut them up?

Hmmmmm... seems like you are leading a biased campaign against Rose, just as 
you imply she is doing against NSA/Christ Church and associated entities...
