[Vision2020] Phil's Fact Checker?

Thanks for volunteering my efforts as a fact checker for Phil, but this might 
be dangerous for my health!  Besides, does Phil ever misstate or bend a fact? 
 I might have nothing to do!

Consider Phil's response below on 9/12/05:

The next time you call me a liar in public, old son, I will feel not simply 
miffed, but required to seek that satisfaction required by those of us with 
old roots in Idaho.

This requires translation.  What is "that satisfaction required by those of 
us with old roots in Idaho?"  Cookies and milk?

Geez, so this is what confrontational debate on Vision2020 leads to...

And people wonder why there are many who do not participate on Vision2020.
