Dear Visionaries:

In the interest of truth and accuracy, I am once again compelled to address
some incorrect information that was posted on V2020.

With respect to Palouse Creek Regional High School (PCRHS), lemeno Doug
Farris wrote:
"As to the zoning violation that was sent out to them, it was not a targeted
one. It was a matter of course by the city attorney and the city staff. They
went through the wooden code and looked at all of the schools, public and
private, to see where they were out of compliance."

Regardless of what lemeno would like you to believe, the fact of the matter
is that Nate Wilson and Aaron Rench filed a zoning complaint against the
PCRHS in a letter dated ***May 20, 2005***. It was one of a *trio* of
zoning complaints filed by those same two men, with the other two complaints
selectively targeting the University of Idaho (also dated May 20, 2005) and
the Moscow Food Co-Op (dated May 17, 2005).

Indeed, you can read a swell little press release issued at the time by the
two men:
http://www.dougwils.com/index.asp?Action=Anchor&CategoryID=1&BlogID=1089

Conspicuously absent in the *targeted* complaints launched by Wilson & Rench
is any mention whatsoever of St. Monica's -- yet *another* private school
associated with Christ Church -- which was operating below the City's radar.
Of course, as heads of household who attend the Head of Household meetings,
Wilson & Rench had special knowledge -- knowledge the City wasn't privy to
-- about the existence of St. Monica's.

Rather than take the high -- and honest -- road, Wilson & Rench chose to
continue the established pattern of lying by omission while targeting
entities that represent what they despise about our community. To anyone
with half a brain, the message was clear: any legitimate concerns raised
about Christ Church-associated entities will result in retaliation.

And, of course, as another head of household attending those same meetings,
lemeno Farris is well-aware of the facts. A reasonable person might wonder
why he chose to deliberately mislead V2020 readers? The answer is Farris is
simply continuing the established pattern of intentional misinformation
that's become disgustingly familiar from some members of a certain segment
of our community.

To illustrate my point, lemeno also wrote:
"NSA has in their possession an official occupancy permit, just like the
Alternative school. I'm sure Dr. Atwood would like to show you it any time
at your convenience."

To clarify, lemeno is referring to an occupancy permit for NSA's
***current*** location. What he conspicuously fails to mention is that NSA
lacked both an occupancy permit *and* a zoning certificate for its *first*
location in a residential district.

He also fails to mention that as a result of a zoning complaint filed by
neighbors who were negatively affected by NSA's illegal location in a
residential neighborhood, the City provided extensive zoning information
regarding zoning requirements to NSA officials.

Not surprisingly, lemeno Farris continues his campaign of misinformation by
neglecting to mention that NSA officials *completely* disregarded those
requirements when they **illegally** relocated NSA to its *first downtown*
location in Anselm House.

Of course, he also fails to mention the absence of an occupancy permit *and*
a zoning certificate for that location.

Finally, for those who've read this far, I'm sure it will come as no
surprise to you to learn that lemeno Farris also fails to mention NSA's lack
of a *zoning certificate* for its *current* location.

He's hoping, I suppose, that V2020 readers will be duped by his smoke &
mirrors and miss the fact that he's shifted the focus from *zoning* -- which
is NSA's current difficulty -- to occupancy. Yes, Dr. Atwood could likely
produce an *occupancy* permit, but what he cannot produce is a *zoning
certificate* because one simply doesn't exist.

In any case, lemeno Doug Farris' ***deliberate*** misinformation leaves him
with zero credibility and should clarify for us his disingenuous purpose for
participating in this forum, and it reeks!
