[Vision2020] proposed ball fields/sports-complexacrossfromarboretum

I live in a college town in an apartment you must know this happens all over
town! I can be tolerant up until 10 pm and then I get cranky and call the
cops. Its the law. I believe it is the law around ball fields also but
someone who knows for sure will have to tell us.
