[Vision2020] Idaho Teachers Among Nation's Lowest Paid

Tom Hansen says:
 " I simply feel that local eligible applicants should be given first
priority in the hiring process. " 
 
Bravo.  While some may say they would like to have people with "life
experience" from somewhere other than Moscow, I think we can all agree
that hiring teachers with local roots (not only UI, but also MHS grads)
is a good thing.
