[Vision2020] An unpleasant subject

Wow!

Washing Melynda's car for a year after committing vandalism against
Melynda's private property? Suppose this scum bucket's act resulted in
serious damage to the car and injury (or worse) to its occupants? What
then? Two years?

No, Ms. Kraut. That punishment does not "balance the books". Something
more appropriate would be criminal prosecution for vandalism, coupled with a
civil lawsuit. Oh, yeah. One other thing. Have the perpetrator's name
published in the local paper and published on V2020.

Thoughts?
