[Vision2020] President White's Letter Supporting Geocentricism is a Hoax

Roger reports: "The president's office is working on today's offence and will have a statement on it later today."

Gier gets one right: "I received the letter below this morning and I suspected a hoax immediately."
 
So my question, was the first letter that was sent out by Pres. White that Roger reported on Blind2020 (http://mailman.fsr.com/pipermail/vision2020/2005-October/020796.html ) real or a hoax as well?
