[Vision2020] How times have changed

I was recently reading "Instant Replay" by Sandpoint native, Idaho Vandal 
and Green Bay Packer great Jerry Kramer.  It details in diary form his 
experiences during the 1968 NFL season.  In a few of the passages, he talks 
about his upcoming request for an increase in salary.  He was expecting a 
tough negotiation with Green Bay management to get a raise.  He wanted the
