[Vision2020] State Board of Ed

Mr. Rigsby,

NSA is not approved by the SBOE to "teach higher
academic courses" as it must be. It just has a
registration certificate given out to all parochial
schools in the state, even elementary schools. Wayne
and others think that this registration card to teach
classes is the SAME as "higher academic classes".

Second, if NSA was approved by the SBOE for higher
academic classes it would be listed by the US
Department of Education or the ISBOE, it is not.

Third, accredited means approved. Look it up.
