[Vision2020] Re: NSA is a PRIVATE Institution

To add to the below:

"The institution MUST be
accredited by the Idaho State Board of Education or an
agency recognized by them. That is the law. PERIOD.
...If NSA gets accredited, by the Idaho State Board of
Education, then they would no longer be allowed
downtown. But they are not accredited."

Again, to make it really, really clear - they are a PRIVATE institution that 
does NOT receive any public monies what-so-ever and are NOT, therefore, 
under any obligation to be qualified or approved or accreditated of by the 
State of Idaho - Period.  Nor are NSA, Atlas, Logos or any of CC's other 
private in-home "learning" centers looking to be accreditated by the State 
of Idaho.  They only have to be accreditated by an organization THEY (CC) 
recognizes as being in authority - we all know Doug et al does NOT recognize 
the State or Feds as being in authority over them regarding their schools.

THEY are defining themselves as a college, they are NOT saying they are a 
"trade" school and they are in violation of the law as far as being in CBD 
is concerned.
