.......... Again, nothing in the bond language specified a location, and so what I said is correct:  the bond, as it was written, was project-specific, not site-specific in regards to the high school.

THEN WHY ON EARTH WAS ALL THIS MONEY SPENT IN PURSING THE TRAIL PROJECT? IF IT IS NOT SITE SPECIFIC THEN WHERE ARE THE OTHER SITES? HOW DUMB DO YOU THINK WE ARE?
