[Vision2020] Getting Laid at UI

Seems as though Rose is right yet again.  UI is again going against the wishes of the 
students by allowing something artificial, and unneeded, to take over 
something natural.  Not more than a month ago did the ASUI vote against the proposal for this turf.  Regardless of where the money is coming from, athletics, donors, etc.
it is wrong to install this turf.  

UI must have some rather large balls to put that public notice in the paper the same
day it lays off 27 employees.
