[Vision2020] Getting Laid at UI

UI is not just laying off 27 people...they are not hiring to fill 40 other
postions they have already laid off, for a total 67 people who have lost
their jobs in the last year. The students get to pay higher fees and
tuition, employees get to loose their jobs and Hoover, et al get off scott
free.
