Mr. Rigsby,

You write, ". . .some very creative back scratching took place when working
this deal for rental of the Kibbie Dome. According to some very
knowledgeable individuals, Kibbie Dome Manager, Tom McGann, is on the Moscow
Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Paul Kimmel, also on that board, is
an avid Doug Wilson supporter and Christ Church member."

WOW, somebody who knows somebody who knows Doug Wilson is in charge of the
athletics department that uses the Kibbie Dome! What are the odds of that
being random chance in Moscow? Clearly anyone that knows someone that knows
Wilson will be working for Wilson right?

One slight hole in your conspiracy theory is that Tom McGann does not do the
scheduling or establish the rates. It is in fact the UI Facilities
Committee, as established by the Faculty Handbook (Section 1640.40 if you
care to look it up) that decides who decides the rent and times. But I am
sure there is someone that knows someone who is also on another committee
with someone else that is a member of Christ Church and knows Wilson too.

Take Care,

Donovan J Arnold
