[Vision2020] A (very) vague question -- 70s related

Dear Visionaries,

I don't know who mailed the answer first, but Brother Carl's email was the first I opened. That means I have to pay my co-host. Just like when I was a kid and my mom had to pay my friends . . .

How very, very sad.

Joan/Auntie

PS: Kill you by playing Joplin, Kai Eiselein? Ha! I can think of half a dozen ways to kill you with only a bottle of hand lotion and an empty toilet paper tube, so don't press your luck. But you have made up my mind for me; come hell or high water, I'm closing the show on Sunday with Stairway to Heaven. All of it. Unabridged. And maybe, just maybe, I'll even sing along . . . . LuJane: hold this silly, tone-deaf moron's ear to the speaker and make him listen to every last holy word. The boy isn't farting dust; it's rattling around between his ears, waiting for him to exhale it.

PPS: NSA would be damned lucky to get any kind of plug from me, electrical or otherwise. I'm sure they hate Joplin. They probably dance at their "Windies" to the hard-rocking rhythms of Wagner's Flight of the Walkyries.

>I'm trying to remember the name and artist of yet another awful 70s song but am completely blanking on the tune, the lyrics, and, in fact everything except the fact that the song is addressed to someone named "Amy." Now, if any of you can pinpoint this one, I'll leave a $5 gift certificate for you with Bob at Bookpeople by way of buying you a cup of coffee and a chocolate-dipped shortbread.

>This seventies rubbish is draining me of my mental powers . . . I think it was finally the Gino Vanelli that pushed me over the edge. Living inside myself? My god, Gino -- must be dark in there.

>PS: Wait! A lyric fragment swims before my fading eyes. "Amy, what you gonna do? I think I could be with you for awhile maybe longer if . . ." If what?? The Packers win the Superbowl? The Tigers win the pennant? I find the True Cross in the lumber shed at Moscow Building Supply?Get more from the Web. FREE MSN Explorer download : http://explorer.msn.com
