Mr. Livingston,

"Does "before March 10th" mean that the application deadline is tomorrow? 
Also, I got a failed mail message, just now, when I responded privately to 
you and asked the same question.  The failed

Now you know why it is the same 15 people that get on every board.

Not that it matters. I think you have to be an executive that has lost 
millions of dollars for either the taxpayer, UI, or your company in order to 
be qualified to serve on the Board, just like most the other major city and 
county  boards in town. Either that, or it must be a serious conflict of 
interest for you to server on the board, ie, you own a business that would 
make money off the decisions made by the board. But it does not matter if it 
is a serious conflict of interest because all you have to say is that it is 
a volunteer position thus people should be kissing your feet for taking time 
out of your day for going to the meeting.
