You look, but you don't see.  You read, but you do not comprehend.  You
talk, but you do not make sense.

Quick and simple.  Look at the front page of the contract.

Now, look at paragraph #2 (HINT: It immediately follows paragraph #1).  It
is titled "MEETING FACILITIES" with a subparagraph titled "Kibbie Dome".
The first line of that subparagraph reads:

"The estimated cost for rental of the Kibbie Dome is as follows:"

The very next line is purposely left blank as to differentiate the lead
sentence (above) from the itemized cost estimates.  The very first line of
the following list reads:

"Facility Rental               $3,000.00"

The remaining items are those items normally associated with rental of the
Kibbie Dome (but are NOT the rental in and of themselves)
