[Vision2020] Article 9, Section 5 the State of Idaho Constitution

Mr. Hansen,

Are you now then taking the position that US Citizens
do not have the right to practice their own faith
without interference from the government? 

The "prohibiting the free exercise" of religion part
of the US Constitution can just be thrown out?
