[Vision2020] Article 9, Section 5 the State of Idaho Constitution

My sentiments EXACTLY, Arnold.

The purpose of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution is to
stipulate that there is NO specific national church or religion. The State
of Idaho adopted that same stipulation in the aforementioned clause (Article
IV, Section 5). But, then there's Doug Wilson who feels that he and his
following are not bound to such disclaimers.

Now, as you asked:

Which is higher law, Arnold? The US Constitution? The Constitution for the
State of Idaho? Or Doug Wilson?

Enough said.

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are
dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all
exist very nicely in the same box.

The US Constitution says:

Amendement I: "Congress shall make no law respecting
an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof;"

Which is higher law Mr. Hansen?
