[Vision2020] Domenstic Benefits?

They probably should charge Donovan more in taxes because he probably won't 
be having kids.

I go down to the stores that sell birth control and poke holes in the 
condoms to ensure we have more kids to keep paying in so I can keep 
collecting my social security!
