Are you licking your paw in the bathroom?  Because if you are, that's really gross.  Where has that paw been?  What have you trod in?  First, put some Purell on your toe pads and then, once your paw is thoroughly disinfected, please make use of the office scissors and take care of that ear-lobe business.

PS: And no, you would not be liable for prosecution under my scheme.  I might be able to get Jennifer to help me out if you're being hairy in Latah County, but your office, I believe, is in Lewiston.  I have no connections whatsoever in Nez Perce County or on the Lewiston police force, and, as everyone who is anyone in Idaho knows, it's not what you do, it's who you know!

Sometimes at work, when I'm in the bathroom, I notice an errant hair on my earlobe, or sometimes making a break from my nose, that I've missed during my morning grooming session (primarily because I spend most of my time licking my paw.)   
Will this make me liable for prosecution under your scheme?
