[Vision2020] Lets knock off the shame thing

Phil and all other interested parties, No out pouring of apologies is 
expected or desired. I gave and I got. My feathers are not ruffled. If my 
remarks were too coarse for some on this forum I am sorry. I suspect Mr. 
Hansen, Being the big boy that I'm sure he is, has lost precious little 
sleep over the incident. I know I haven't. For the record I am:
