Ummmm, excuse me, although the funds may be provided by the ADAP or the Ryan
White CARE Act, the money comes from Joe and Jill Taxpayer. There is no such
thing as a free lunch kids, somebody, somewhere is going to pay for the
meds.
Never lose sight of the fact that the private sector provides 100% of the
funding to the public sector.
