[Vision2020] Moscow's HIV alert

Very good thought, Ms. Roskovich.

Since Kanay Mubita has been identified as HIV-positive and has (shall we
assume) contracted AIDS, this presents some serious questions:

1. Is it possible to determine fairly accurately when Mubita contracted
AIDS?

2. Would Mubita be forth-coming in identifying his sexual partners to the
police?

3. If Mubita's sexual partners are also sexually active, how far should the
community (and/or local law enforcement) pursue the "domino affect" of AIDS
as it relates to this instance?

Mubita must be held criminally responsible and civilly liable for his acts.
The community should be kept informed of the outcome of criminal and civil
litigations against Mubita. Perhaps then those that are aware that they are
HIV-positive will feel obligated to inform their sexual partner.

Thoughts?

Rather than trying to second guess where Jesus would shop, maybe we should
spend a minute to a health alert that hits really close to Moscow and needs
to be addressed.

Kanay Mubita has been arrested on a felony charge of exchanging body fluid
that contains the HIV virus. He has been very active in the local bar scene
over the past few years and has had numerous friends of the opposite sex.
He is accused of not informing them of his HIV condition.
