Another reason why the Toyota Motor Co. decided to build a plant in  
the province of Ontario, Canada, rather than one of the southern  
states, is not only because of the better education system of Ontario  
but also because Toyota does not have to pay for medical insurance in  
Canada because all Canadians are already covered by their national  
health plan.
