LATAH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Latah County Planning Commission meeting scheduled for 5:30 PM Tuesday,
September 6th, 2005 has been cancelled.



LATAH COUNTY PROPOSED MOSCOW SUB-BASIN OVERLAY ZONE ORDINANCE

Having received a recommendation from the Latah County Planning Commission
on July 20th, 2005, and after having a public hearing on Wednesday, August
10, 2005 and deciding to make a material change to the proposal recommended
to them from the Planning Commission, per Idaho Code 67-6509 and 67-6511 and
the Latah County Zoning Ordinance, the Latah County Board of Commissioners
will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29th, 2005, in
Room 2B of the Latah County Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho, to receive comments
on the adoption of the "Moscow Sub-basin Groundwater Land Use Management
Overlay Zone Ordinance".  All interested parties are encouraged to attend
the hearing. Additional information on this request, including a full copy
of the proposal, is available from the Planning Department at the Latah
County Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho, phone (208) 883-7220 or at
www.latah.id.us.  Written comments will be accepted at 522 S. Adams, Room
205, Moscow, prior to the public hearing.
