................By the way, the actual information flow did not start years
ago as some
on V2020 want everyone to think.  The actual information flow started on
February 24th when the MSD posted the request for special levy.
Everything before that was pie in the sky thinking.  When the request
for bond was posted, there was supposed to be appropriate information to
back it up.  I haven't found it yet.  Maybe I should take one of the
high school's fly fishing classed so that I can catch fish to eat after
I pay all of my wages to the school board.
