[Vision2020] School Facilities Bond Questions (was Vote no)

Keyboarding is offered to High School 9th graders WHO PRESENTLY ARE MEETING 
IN THE JUNIOR HIGH.  Why? because there is no room at the high school for an 
additional big class - that being the 9th grade class.

Point is, it IS offered to high school students, but at the Junior High.
