According to all knowing Donovan:

"No philosophy courses are even required for physical education
majors except "Introduction to Philosophy", which can also be substituted with
another course."

What about these PHYSICAL EDUCATION COURSES?

PEP 275/475 Moral Reasoning in Sport: Current ethical issues in sport, such
as performance-enhancing drugs, mechanization, cheating, eligibility;
challenges students to creatively examine their beliefs.

PEP 305 Applied Sport Psychology: Overview of key psychological issues in
physical education and sport including competition, personality, anxiety,
motivation, self-confidence, imagery, and stress management; practical applications
of psychological concepts of youth sports and development of key psychological
skills for competition.

HERE IS A BIG ONE FOR YOU TO CONSIDER!

PEP 310 Cultural and PHILOSOPHICAL Aspect of Sport: Analysis of PHILOSOPHICAL
and sociological phenomenon in sport.

PEP 460 Competition and Social Values: Competition as it is presently perceived in
America today; what it should be and could be in the ethical domain.

PEP 480 Seminar in Sportsmanship: Moral Development: PHILOSOPHIC and psychological
study of moral development and resultant effect on moral value education is sport.

All of the above mentioned classes are classes in the Physical Education curriculum.
Does every PE major take them all, no, we have a lot of other course work to complete
as well. Ever heard of Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Kinesiology, Exercise
Physiology, Motor Development, or Advanced Human Biomechanics?

The PHILOSOPHY classes are taught by Dr. Sharon Stoll, the Director of the Center for
ETHICS. In case you did not know, she is a leader in the field of ETHICS. UI is the
host of the Center for ETHICS and people come from around the world to study here.
Dr. Stoll has worked extensively with universities and colleges across the US and even
with the Military Academy at West Point.

And you said there were no philosophy classes in PE.

Instead of Googling my name and comparing against yours, why don't you check out this
website, http://www.educ.uidaho.edu/center_for_ethics/

I have an interview now with AmeriCorps so have a good day.
