[Vision2020] Breaking News: Mariners Name New Skipper

It doesn't matter if they can resurrect Billy Martin.  Unless Howard Lincoln 
gets serious about picking up some quality players during the off-season, 
it'll be the same story next year.  I wonder what Billy or Leo Durocher
