[Vision2020] 3rd & Jefferson

Carl,

Are you driving the route or walking? I would think it would be safer
walking as they have those yellow "stop for pedestrians in the walkway" or
whatever almost every block on 3rd street. I would agree that trying to get
across in a car is a chore. Seems like there are too many places to have to
look for traffic and if there are large vehicles parked it is hard to see
around them.
