Many Bush devotees do believe in the course he has taken America based on 
faith.  They believe the war in Iraq will work out in the end because God wanted 
Bush to be president and is informing his actions.  Indeed, in the minds of 
numerous Americans the Bush presidency is a result of a form of faith healing: I 
remember clearly during the 2000 Florida vote recount some Bush supporters 
asking for prayers to God to influence the outcome!  Opus Dei Scalia and his 
side kick Thomas were feeling the guiding hand of the Lord...
