<P class=MsoBodyText3><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Not to put blame on anyone in particular, but gee, I wonder how many people who cannot hear call and talk to the City Clerk, and how exactly that conversation goes. This kind of reminds me of the Brail on the keys of a drive-thru teller machine. I got an idea, let us make everything equally available for the deaf, blind, and mobility impaired so they don't have to crawl up stairs to ask for assistance getting up steps, or call a number if they are deaf, or follow the help signs if they are blind. Who makes these polices?</SPAN></FONT></P>
