[Vision2020] oh, my

I'm not sure that Pat called Keely a twit.  I couldn't
make much sense of the first reply sentence so I just
wrote it off as an email abbeviation to effect of
something like "That's What I Thought".  Not that
expanding what I took as an acronym made much sense
either.

Back to the topic and hand, though, I'm all in favor
of a safety net for the under priveleged.  I don't
like the abuses that go on, but I sure like the
success stories.  And I would prefer fine tuning of
the programs to make them more effective rather than
just eliminating them altogether.
