[Vision2020] Separate V2020 Lists?

Visionaries,

I like the idea of a second Vision 2020 forum that is
devoted to local events and "boring" community issues,
and is generally free of insults, sarcasm, and gossip.
Of course, I might be naive to think that it would be
possible to maintain such a forum.

For what it's worth (and acknowledging that the answer
might be "not much"),
