[Vision2020] Separate V2020 Lists?

How long has Bill Clinton been out of office? There was a report on NPR
this morning about a conservative gathering in DC where they're selling
unflattering Bill Clinton toys. The Republican right condemns those who
criticize George W. Bush as "Bush haters", and as being unpatriotic, but
it's OK for them to continue to bash Clinton? Double standard, anyone?
