[Vision2020] Cable's comments

Interesting.  I'm still skeptical about Idaho being Division 1 myself, but I 
have to wonder if there's a tad bit of bitterness there.  Tom Cable seemed 
to believe, at the beginning of every season, that the Vandals were going to 
win the Sun Belt and be in a bowl game.  The team has more talent than his 
record showed.  I'm willing to give Nick Holt and his staff a chance to 
prove whether or not we belong in Division 1.  Although, and I know the 
question has been asked before, is Idaho even going to have a choice?  Or 
will NCAA regulations force us back to 1-AA?
