[Vision2020] Cable's comments

Let's hope Nick (my former neighbor when he and Julie lived here before) can
do the job. Still, playing 3 Pac-10 schools at the start of the season is a
grim way to start, especially for a relatively new 1-A school. And yes,
attendance is a huge concern.

Interesting. I'm still skeptical about Idaho being Division 1 myself, but I

have to wonder if there's a tad bit of bitterness there. Tom Cable seemed
to believe, at the beginning of every season, that the Vandals were going to

win the Sun Belt and be in a bowl game. The team has more talent than his
record showed. I'm willing to give Nick Holt and his staff a chance to
prove whether or not we belong in Division 1. Although, and I know the
question has been asked before, is Idaho even going to have a choice? Or
will NCAA regulations force us back to 1-AA?
