All:

>From what I have gathered from numerous news sources, Berger's document
violations did not, as far as is known, do harm to anyone nor, as Sunil pointed
out, deprive any one of information, which some have charged, nor are any
documents missing. What he did may be unlawful, but not egregious enough to warrent
prosecution, given a "no harm no foul" approach.

If anyone thinks the adamant insistence by partisan pursuers of Berger that
they are not partisan is sincere they need to read Shakespeare:

"The lady doth protest too much, methinks."

--From Hamlet (III, ii, 239)

Ted Moffett

And anyone who thinks that if this matter is pursued criminally there are no
partisan movtivation needs to read Shakespeare.
