It is entirely possible that with the state mandate to increase local
property tax, coupled with other state legislative actions, I could see
myself as a city home owner paying more property taxes to the Moscow =
School
district at the same time the revenue stream to the MSD is reduced.  =
Despite
my paying more, the MSD could get $70,000 to $120,000 less.  Gotta love
politics, don't cha!!
