Three questions I would like see answered are:
Given that they are using the same information, why is the State Tax
Commission's evaluation of local property values different from our local
assessors?
Since property taxes are supposed to be local (city, county, school
district, etc.) revenue stream, why does the State have a say in what local
evaluations are?
In an election year, how does the Republican Party benefit from local
property tax increases?
