The Logos team, therefore, knowingly and repeatedly violated the Rules of
Evidence.  That is called cheating.  Such behavior usually decreases the chances
of a fair trail.  Therefore, such behavior is egregiously antithetical to
justice.

If you go on through the learning process and become an attorney, when this
happens to you, you will no longer view it so casually and sympathetically.

I know that this is hard for you to accept now having made such strong
statements inconsistent with the statements of an experienced news reporter.  I
hope that for the sake of a legal career you can learn in years to come to view
the evidence objectively.  Objectivity is an important talent of a skilled
advocate.

Please do not think of these postings as a personal attack on you.  Your
sincerity comes through in your postings.  We disagree about interpretation.  I
have seen the violation of court rules and canons of the bar happen in real life
so many times, including happening to myself, that it is easy to recognize it
from the newspaper reporter's unequivocal lines.

Thank you, however, for expressing your opinion and sticking up for what you now
honestly believe.  Best of luck to you in your life.

were doing so to keep my team, the defense team, from entering evidence.  They
did not act perverted, or corrupt, or wherever your 'sadness' may come from
concerning their win in the Mock Trial Competition.  The attourneys in the
courtroom never asked any bogus questions that were overly prejudicial, or
anything close that would deem going to a miss trial for.  And that is why I
think your statements are so obsurd.  I was there, you were not.  I saw the
trial, you did not.  I saw the Logos team prosecute 'my client' fairly, and
following the Rules of Evidence.  So to put it bluntly, take your bias for this
school, and aim it somewhere else, because it has no basis for the Mock Trial
team's conduct that day, and regardless of what you argue, I saw that their team
that day acted HONESTLY. And from what I saw, Logos school d!
|  oes indeed teach their kids to prevail, but honestly, and without cheating.
| And I will further remind you, I lost this case.  I lost the chance to go to
nationals.  But I am sticking up for these kids because they don't deserve to be
targets for your slandering and bias comments regarding something you read in a
newspaper article.
