[Vision2020] Timing of the City Council Workshop

This conversation about improving communication has been needed for awhile
and Mike's right: the timing is problematic. Jon is also right on the money
that this is a continuing dialogue and Tom Hudson's voluntary efforts are
especially appreciated.
See you this afternoon... even though I have a bazillion things that could
productively occupy my time (and probably ought to occupy my time!),
