[Vision2020] Fee Parking??

Mike,
   You're right-on on this one.
   I would hope that the new council will also get all
the particulars about what the Highway folks are
planning as far as all the bypasses, loops or whatever
they're called. 
   This is another area where, even though the funding
may be coming from the State, the city council could
be instrumental in informng the citizens of Moscow
well in advance of any decision being made. These
highway plans will have a big impact on the city and
the citizens need clear information on everything so
that they can give input into it.
