Then who is responsible? There are large scale natural processes which are
beyond human control. These processes did not cause massive deforestation,
ozone depletion, the greenhouse effect, nor do they capture for their
exclusive benefit appproximately 60% of available energy. Mankind does
that. Who is responsible?
